Logo Design Brief
We need a logo design for a new company based in South Carolina called Meridian. We are a real estate services company focused currently on residential property management. Our purpose is to create a home and community that makes a difference in the lives of our customers. We value integrity, relationships, dedication, respect and a spirit of service. While we are professional and dependable we are also energetic, fun loving, engaging and innovative. We are very committed to being on the cutting edge and using the newest technology at our developments. We often describe ourselves as being two parts property management one part tech company.
Updates
We have received some very cool designs so far and appreciate all of that work. A lot of the submittals have incorporated roofs and single family home type looks. What we will be managing is more commercial in nature - 200 to 300 to apartment properties. I'd love to see less of the "home" look if possible.

Should not have
- So far, we have received a lot of submittals with residential type roofs and homes. What we will be managing is more commercial (primarily apartments) in nature. I'd like to see less of the single family home look if possible.
Also, we have received a lot of logos with high rise type structures. We will be managing more garden style and low rise products. I think a name with a crafty or recognizable mark may be the way to go.
