Web Design Brief
Sydney Finance Services is a mortgage broker company based in Sydney Australia and provides lending solutions for individuals and businesses.
Our target market is anyone with the financial means to get a loan.
I am looking for a website design in this contest. The site needs to be able to be viewed on a portable device such as Ipad, Iphone, etc.
I have the logo design and files which need to be used. I also have the MFAA logo which will need to be in the footer of each page.
The website needs to represent a big finance company with integrity and knowledge.
The website will need to be uploaded to Crazydomains.com.au as they are the hosting provider. I will also need the ability to make changes to the text and pictures in the future and upload the revisions. I need the website ready to go and ready to be uploaded onto Crazy Domains.
The website will consist of 6 pages in total There are 4 main pages that will be viewed and then 2 with Privacy and Internal Dispute Resolution which are only accessed through links. These will be as follows:

I would prefer to have a fresh bright and professional looking home page given that most mortgage broker websites look the same with the menu buttons at the top.

Details the loan types that we handle and some text for each one.

The designs that are coming through so far are generally looking the same generic website layout. I am looking for the home page to be something different with more of a wow factor and something different to the standard page link menu accross the top of the screen. The content should be fairly minimal given that I am a new business there will be limited text for each page. I am happy to increase the budget if required as I appreciate there will be more work involved.

Project Deadline Extended
Reason: I am extending the deadline as the design so far are good but fairly generic and template style home pages. For the home page I am looking for something a little more striking with a visual impact.

I have increased the payment by $200 to encourage more designs. Designs need to be relevant to the business, the number of pages and content. Several designs have come through looking good but just look like a standard template with my logo added, but the content does not match the business.

The brief stated that I am looking for the home page to be something different with more of a wow factor and something different to the standard page link menu accross the top of the screen. All of the designs have come through with the navigation bar along the top and a generic layout. I have attached a couple of idea's. Obviously these do not relate to the finance and mortgage industry but you can see the sort of style that gives the site a wow factor. The other pages can be more generic, but the first page is the attention grabber. You can also see the IPhone view that I am after. These are just templates from Crazy Domains that I could use to build the site, I just don't have the time or creative flair. Please submit more designs. Thanks for your work to date, Dan.
