Logo Design Brief

Logo design to be very simple and iconic.
Single colour in the icon: Red
Text to be a combination of Red and Grey.

I don't want a lot of detail on this logo - simple geometric solid shapes.

The emphasis here should be on simple, solid shapes. Bezier curves, skews, distortion or perspectives would work quite well but not beveled edges or drop shadows please.

I'd also be open to simply using the letters SV as the icon with maybe some perspective to create a simple 3D illusion. This concept may also work but I'm not totally in favour of this either.

Possible suggestions for an icon: a price tag icon or a for sale sign icon or simply the letters "SV" or a combination of all/any of these.

Target Market(s)

Target audience is predominantly the real estate industry but will later expand to the genera, online classifieds.
