Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for a new restaurant: 12 tables. It's a winery restaurant. The winery is called Wintergarden Estate, the restaurant is called 12 Tables.
The restaurant is a mix of Rustic and Modern. It's a renovated stable building that is shaped as a decagon. The food is fine-dining, but is mostly sourced from the estate, which is also blending the Rustic/Modern theme. The logo needs to feel modern and minimalist - definitely not too country themed. Happy to consider 12 Tables or Twelve Tables.
