Vector Design Brief

We are looking to establish 3 animal characters. After we have awarded the creative we'll be paying a bit extra to draw the characters in different poses as described further on in this brief.

The characters should be:

We DO NOT want any pose to look MEAN.

The poses for each animal later will be as follows:

1. Sitting down with Head in hands (like they are frustrated)
2. On knees with arms in the air (like begging)
3. Leaning against something with elbow on it (casual)
4. Pointing at you (like uncle sam posters)
5. Running away looking over the shoulder with arms in front of them (flying in the case of the bird)
6. Flexing muscles (Forward facing)
7. Ready to swing an Axe
8. Hugging a tree (rainforest tree)
9. Carrying a tree on the back and running
10. Standing with a chainsaw in hand

The characters should be 3 dimensional looking.

Target Market(s)

these characters will be used in many aspects including t-shirts, hats, etc. We are looking for some characters that will be personable to people. We want people to identify with the character, laugh at/with the character, feel sorry for the character, etc.
