Poster Design Brief

I am looking for an illustrated poster that makes me, as a female,
want to break stereotypes and to wake up everyday ready to prove to
the world what I am capable of doing. One of the things that
resonates
with me is a line from the book Lean In that says, "Who wears a tiara
on a jungle gym anyways".

This quote means that as a female, we often expect people to notice
our hard work and reward us for it without taking charge of our own
destiny. It's like waiting to be crowned with a tiara because someone
notices us. Instead, we should see our careers/life as a jungle gym,
you sometimes move up, down, side to side before you make it to the
top. We do it ourselves and we take control. Females have to stop
waiting for someone to crown us with a tiara, but make our own way to
the top of that jungle gym of life.

What I want is an illustration that brings to life the idea that in
order to conquer the jungle gym, I need to throw away the idea of the
tiara. I'm looking for creativity beyond what I can imagine of a
jungle gym and a tiara sitting side by side. I DO NOT want any words
in the illustration. It should be able to speak for itself. I am open
to having a person in the image or just the static objects.

As for style, I don't want stock photography, but something that
explains this idea very simply but in a cool way. I also want the
image to go beyond a literal translation of the objects I am asking
for.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Include a jungle gym. For those that may not be familiar, here are
examples of a jungle gym:

2. Include a tiara. Based on the brief this should be secondary in the
illustration

3. No words. I do not want the quote on the illustration. It should
speak for itself

STYLE

I am open to style. It can be clean, simple and stark. Or extremely
detailed. I just don't want it to look like a jungle gym and a tiara
side by side. I want it to tell the story and have the emotion of
being driven and confident come out of this.

Here are some examples of designs that I find appealing:
