Logo Design Brief

I am a composer for film, television, video games and online media. I would like a logo to be used on my website, and business cards.
In terms of design, I am very open to ideas. Work with your strengths to come up with something you can be proud of.
It can incorporate my initials "JL", or it can simply be an image representing music, but it must be unique! ie. nothing too cliche.

If there is any text, it should read as 'Jayden Lawrence Music'.

I am not a classical composer, but a young, contemporary composer for mixed media, so I would prefer it not to be 'elegant' calligraphy etc.

I trust your design sensibilities. :)

Some words for inspiration: headphones, audio levels, amplifier, keyboard, noise, film, media, listen...
