Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new apartment community in a rural town, Clermont, right outside of Orlando, FL. We would like a traditional feel with it being a Tuscan themed property, but went it to be appealing to the young adult renters, as well as the older retired renters that will probably dominate our tenant base.
