Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new building company in Canberra, Australia called 'Castellino'. They provide building and home renovations/improvements services and specialize on high quality work and traditional service standards.
I have attached a logo which they really like as a reference. It needs to work both in colour and greyscale, as well as work both with and without the company name. Their colour schemes are (RGB) 118,82,4 and 74,19,38 (plus grey 153,153,153).

'Castellino' needs to be bigger with 'Building & Home Improvement' smaller.
