Web Design Brief

We are looking for a slight redesign for our real estate lead generation sites.

Here's one of our current sites: www.pwchomevalues.com

The design should be simple as it is currently, remain only on one page, and nothing too detailed to where it may take a while to load/reload. We also have parallel sites, www.ffxhomevalues.com, www.ffxshortsales.com, and a few others which all will end up utilizing the same template.

We've found that the majority of the site traffic will come from print advertising, not as much SEO. But also understand the more simple the site, the greater likelihood a user may find us through search engines. Another reason we want to keep it rather simple and clean.

The content on the page needs to remain the same, but with additional spaces for one written paragraph testimonial, and an area where we can incorporate a video. Originally, the ideal spot would be the open white space below the social media logos, but we are open to different ideas as you create the redesign.

A change in colors and simple graphics is what we're looking for most along with the testimonial / video additions. Also, we have a new logo we need incorporated into the site somewhere: http://www.andysigngraphics.com/AJ-Team-Realty.zip to download the file in different formates.
