Logo Design Brief

I need a new logo for my architecture photography company. It is called 'Joshua Dool Photography'. My Existing logo tried to incorporate the industrial side, but it is dated and I am in desperate need of something cleaner and modern that will appeal and look professional to Architects (who are very design conscious people). It must also communicate that I shoot architecture. Just 'Joshua Dool Photography' doesn't communicate that I am highly specialized in the architecture feild.

I like the use of red the I have currently, and would like to utilize this 'carry over' from previous branding (though I am not opposed to something new either).

Clean, crisp, modern, with some hint or nod to architecture. Leaning towards simple as opposed to complex.
