Logo Design Brief
I own a restaurant in Farmington Hills Michigan called Village Grill. I sell greek homestyle food like giros, spinach pie, lambshank, stuffed peppers and cabbage, even ribs, steaks, and lambchops. And also sell regular coney island items such as burgers chili frys and coneys. I have a great business and my building is I believe beautiful. I have a lot of business from teachers and students of 3 high schools around me, one which I attended myself, plenty of city employees including police, fire, and city office employees. My customers hit every range in age, religion, & race. Its a fast pace business and very comfortable.
I run this business with my family members and many respectable employees. I also make all my food in house.
I guess what im trying to explain here is my logo should appeal to everyone. It should be professional and usable on business cards and Websites to employee shirts, hats, and aprons. My color in my restaurant is Green. I wish for that to be a part of the logo such as the name Village Grill to be in the color Green.

Reason: I feel many designs are a bit childish. I need something bold and professional. Something that stands out and sets me apart from other businesses. No need for a dramatic design. Simple is better. I DONT want a picture. I want a statement. When people see my logo. I want them to know it is from My Restaurant.
When I say business from the schools I speak more for employees rather than students. When I say Greek I'm not talking about mythology.
Again. I'm looking for a professional statement from my logo. Make a logo that sets me apart from the competition just as my business does.
