Logo Design Brief

we need a logo design for a new internet company called "hardnup nutrition"
we sell supplements online
we need a company design to put on all products and the website with a space on the packaging to write the individual product - e.g.. protein powder
we were thinking of a design of the writing "hardnup" in the shape of a bicep arm maybe? something that represents strength
if you have a better idea we are open to it!
was thinking red as the main colour - with silver, black and white as the other colours if needed
