Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for our software company called : "Head IT"

We are producing software primarily for the air traffic industry; currently we are focused on HR planning software for ATM (Air Traffic Management) - but we also looking into air traffic prediction tools etc.

We would like a logo that doesn't nescessarily SHOUT it's name - but at the same time it should be modern. We like a "flat" design, but all ideas are welcome.

"Head IT" doesn't HAVE to be upper or lower case, as the space between the two words are also optional.
