Logo Design Brief

I need a logo to brand my name and what I do as a Real Estate Professional. My primary market is residential sales, however I do sale land and commercial property. My family has been in real estate for over 30 years in our area and are top sellers in our State. It is hard to find a person who does not know my families real estate accomplishments. I do work for my families company (The Real Estate Center, LLC) and I want to band myself using my name and showcasing what I do. My logo would be used to brand Chad Cranford Properties and should communicate integrity, strength, knowledge, and service with focus on the name (for branding). Design colors I envision are red, light blue, yellow, gold. I have uploaded our companies current logo just a reference.
