Logo Design Brief

Need a logo or refresh existing logo from another of company of mine. I like the old logos however, don't get caught up with this. I'm looking forward to seeing new ideas as well. We provide services throughout the lower 48 sates to class 1 railroads, state dept. of transportations, municipalities and other government agencies. We specialize in rights of way management for the above referenced including tree trimming, tree removal, vegetation management including mechanical brush cutting, chemical application (spraying herbicides) and debris removal and disposal generated from natural disasters. I like circular designs although am open minded. I like and prefer red, black, grey and white although am open minded. The final design should communicate professionalism, honor, integrity and pride hence the company name "Pride Contracting Inc.". I like crisp, clean designs and am not a fan of overly animated designs. I will include as an attachment one of my other logos for review and possibly redesign. I would like to see the company name and telephone number incorporated within the logo for consideration, preferably in a circular design but again am open minded to others. The company telephone number is 252-991-6060. This helps when making decals for vehicles and equipment. Upon approval of the design, we can then move forward and modify for letterhead, business cards, shirts, etc... Upon purchase it is a MUST that the new logo be turned over in all electronic formats available to me or I don't want to proceed. I want to be able to take the new logo to anyone I choose to mass produce decals, t shirts, business cards, etc...

Must have

• Must communicate professionalism, honor, integrity and pride. Must be clear and concise. Not a big fan of overly animated objects. Must have a color scheme or blend that will work well on apparel as well as decals, business cards etc...

Nice to have

• I would like to see many variations and new designs. Although, I would like to see some circular designs that incorporate the company name and possibly the telephone number. Maybe with the company name running around the top of the logo or through the logo. Be creative.

Should not have

• Nothing childish or overly animated.
