Logo Design Brief

We require a modern 2 colour logo for a property sourcing company. The preference is for simply with inset font in white. We require both the abbreviation "UPG" and "Upside Property Group" to be in the design.
Please use either red, grey, white and black or Navy Blue, Grey, White and Black.
I have attached a sample logo which I prepared myself as a rough guide but I would like to have it a bit more bold with at least the UPG in white writing.
