Graphic Design Brief

Picture or graphic for a 9" x 9" Brochure front cover for an apartment complex called "The Korsakov".  Korsakov is a city in Russia; however, the theme is a Russian Building.  Art should be a sketch of a building or a picture that has been modified to look like an art piece.  I have attached a couple of low res pictures as examples of Russian architecture.  I do not have high res photos of these drawings.  I have also included the current logo; however, it is not necessary that you incorporate the logo into your art.  I do not know the font that was used to create this logo.  I will add the appropriate address and other info on the front cover.
