Wordpress Design Brief

We're a web development agency (we do not offer design services). We'd like to get a new website up and running. We do custom web application development - large scale applications in the financial, healthcare, automotive, and other industries.

We need the following types of pages designed:
1) Homepage
2) Blog
3) Services page
4) Packages page
4) Generic content
5) Contact Us form.

The design should be consistent with our current icon. We're looking for a clean, corporate, brand. We'd like the design to expand on the concepts in the logo - the use of the electrical wiring motif / the colors / etc.

We offer the following services: 1) Azure web hosting consulting, 2) custom application development, 3) iOS development, 4) Android development.

We offer packages in numbers of hours. We have about 3-4 tiers of services - the number of hours versus the monthly invoice total. For example, 5 hours per month of $500.00, for example.

Requirements

Must have

• Responsive / mobile friendly design.
• An email submitting form on the contact us page

Nice to have

• We'd like a bit of San Francisco to come through (where we're located)
• A google map of our address on the contact us page

Should not have

• Excessive imagery. We don't have a lot of imagery, so we'd basically have to go out and find stock photography to put in it's place, which we just don't really want to do. All imagery should be supplied by the designer (we'll pay any copyright fees, if applicable, you just have to send us a list of the links to the imagery. Max budget would be $100-$200 on imagery, but preferably as little as possible).
