Hello! Sorry for not getting back at you earlier. I wanted to talk in private because this is still a contest and I don't like to expose my ideas for everybody to see. Anyways, one of my questions is : can I submit a hand drawn illustration? I've done a few drawings that were transposed into tattoos easily and I believe i can meet your requirements better this way.

It says back/shoulder, would a design that circles around the neck or across the chest/collar bones also be acceptable ?

It would but the deadline is very close now..
