Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for my company Lifestyle fitness management. The company is about coaching people to a healthier fitter Lifestyle by helping clients to Develop the ability to develop themselves ( self management ) ..so service areas will be Nutrition, Active Lifestyle and Fitness coaching .. colors will be crucial to show creativity, development, trust, health, strength, loyalty ..( ie purples, greens and possibly oranges) ..Logo needs to be simple not over complicated, but focused on projecting good energy, forward motion and motivation.
