Logo Design Brief

Need a logo for a business that provides 360 degree leadership assessment feedback to business executives. A 360 assessment is where your bosses, co-workers, and employees all take a survey about your management skills, after which, you get to see the results. The name of the company is Scout 360. Our current logo uses the face of a compass (attached), which we like, but believe it could be improved. We are also open to other ideas that don't involve a compass. In general, we want to convey the idea- "scouting the world for the best talent". We are targeting large (re: staid business suit types) companies, so the design should appeal to that kind of crowd. "Simple, elegant, and professional looking" are the words I'm looking to elicit from our clients with this logo.
