Graphic Design Brief

The city of San Francisco recently passed a law that requires a $.10 fee for using a shopping bag (plastic or paper) at a store. We would like to graphic design services for reusable shopping bags with the theme of "Love San Francisco."

The image should capture the essense of the city of San Francisco. We are flexible on the ways the city is captured, for example; Golden Gate Bridge, Victorian homes, city buildings. If the artist can think of a way to illustrate the "reusable bag" aspect that would be great. Although, we do not have any ways to offer a description of how that image may look. These bags are not going to be designed for groceries, more so for clothing or other shopping.

Attached are examples of artwork that we like which represents the city of San Francisco.

The exact bag for has not yet been determined. We have also attached other bag examples.

Image Requirements -

For the bag, we will have a large version of the image (front panel) and smaller version of the image (back panel)
Imprint Area: Front Panel Center: 4 1/2”w x 4 1/2”h; Back Panel Center: 10”w x 10”h

The colors should be limited to 1-2 colors.
The color of the bags has not been determined and will depend on the graphic design.
