App Design Brief

I'd created a new iPhone App 'PalTouch'.
I want to order Logos and Total Graphics Work for PalTouch.

0. What is PalTouch?

This is Private Friends Networks Tool.
Real friends shake togather and connect each togather, exchange contact, and Rating by Star/Intriduction/Tags each togather.
Concept is 'Simple', 'Networks', 'Evaluation'.

1. Logos and Image

512x512 pixel Logo for Apple AppStore and vertical banner(about 468×60pixel) for web site and app top title.
I use Adobe PhotoShop Elements9, bacause need psd format be used by PSE9.
My Image: shake the devices each togather, Smart and Chic.

Added:
see the screen shot 'PalTouch Window(Shake to connect friends)'.
I need this 'Shake Illustration', I hope Shaking the devices animation GIF(possible by PNG or others?).

2. App's Total Design work

Please check current screen shots and navigation.
Please show me a concrete total design idea based on this screen shots image, if possible by PSE format.
You need not design all pages.
Please show the design only of feature pages.
Building in the app is my work.
However, you must make a necessary icons and graphics for building.
