Poster Design Brief
The tower is a horror film about three men who survive a plane crash in the ocean and find shelter on an abandoned research station, The location for the film is a place that actually exist called the Frying Pan Tower. You can google and there are a TON of the photos. While trapped on the tower they find an evil presence stalks them, praying on their mistrust of each other and the sins of their past. The film has some religious allegory but its very muted. ( jesus and the good thief and the bad thief on the cross) that element doesn't have to be present but I though it might spark an idea. Im open creatively . The things that come to mind thematically in the film are the isolation of the vast ocean, the physical height of the tower looming over the ocean. There is an old hag type that is the central haunting spirit.... I like the idea of unconventional use of space to create tension .

There are plenty of non copyrighted exterior photos of the tower on Frying Pan towers Facebook page. Pretty much , most shots of the outside of the tower look the same

i would like to have some element of a scary old hag lady somewhere in the design, it doesn't necessarily have to be prominent. You can use whatever stock old lady photos you able access to and maybe PS it with a look similar to the hollow eyed-rattle snake eye shading effect used on The Taking of Deborah Logan movie poster. Or if you want to integrate an old had in some other way. Thanks guys
