Field: Real Estate

FirstFive was created to significantly increase internet lead conversion rates in the real estate industry. We contract with real estate brokers and agents so that their internet leads get redirected to our group of lead coordinators to manage. The lead coordinators will pick up the phone and call on every lead within 5 minutes of receiving it. We then qualify the leads, and warm-transfer back to the real estate broker or agent.

The two most important components in our service are the live phone call (as opposed to a text or email auto-responder) and calling within 5 minutes of the consumer sending the lead, ensuring that we are the first point of contact.

The most important outcome of our service is a significant increase in contacting leads which equates to more closed deals and more revenue.
