Graphic Design Brief

I am in need of a graphic design for an established equipment rental company in rural Virginia named Rent-E-Quip. I want a retro feel that harkens back to the industrial age of the 1930's to 40's. I love the orange sky background with hues of sun rays and an image of a bulldozer that has the illusion of forward progress. I want the name Rent-E-Quip in period letters (sort of 20th century fox logo) on the dozer blade and below as a tag line, "If we don't have it, You don't need it." I have included a few files to give an idea if my words are lacking.
