Logo Design Brief

I am looking for a logo for a new company named, Award Hub. Award Hub is an online platform for organizations to facillitate an award program, (Example, Best restaurant of the year award). The platform has mini-modules that create marketing landing pages, collect nominees, management dashboard, online scoring/review, and public celebration of award recipients.

We do not have any preference on colors, but avoid black and orange. We also like a clean, modern feel. This is a startup company, so should portray a young, fun, fast-paced theme. Font should resemble "Effra" to match other companies in our portfolio. The company name, Award Hub can be two words or one.
