Logo Design Brief
We need either a new 3D design or a 3D version of our existing logo for a real estate firm based in Hawthorn, a premium residential area of Melbourne, Australia. The logo should express stability, integrity, trustworthiness. The business builds long-term client relationships and delivers a discrete and thoughtful service with careful personal attention and consideration. The two colours in our current logo are black for text and C84, M59, Y22, K4 blue for the "a" image. The font is Helvetica Neue. Possibly the letter "a" could be made into a 3D image with the text in 2D.

No images simulating a house or building please. A nice 3D image of the "a" based on the font "Georgia" would be good. The text "alphen real estate" can remain the same as in our current logo - unless you have a brilliant alternative!
