Rebels Sins iconic company logo design 2015

This is what Rebels Sins was looking for in their logo design

I need a logo made up for my clothing company, i like the badge type logo, maybe a skull, wings, and different layered and thickest of border rings or maybe little stars that go all around it.....also something that is not to cluttered together, a guy should be able to pick it out from a distance.
