Brand new 6 apartment building in sparkling young city district looking for a logo

This is what Le 3 Masson was looking for in their logo design

We will be building a 6 apartment building in a sparkling young city district of Montreal this fall. We are starting our marketing process by creating our logo. The project will be called "Le 3 Masson". The building is located on the 3rd avenue, close to Masson Avenue, therefore "Le 3 Masson". The surrounding buildings or houses were built in the 1930s. We are proposing a trendy and modern look to our project so to offer contrast in the neighbourhood. The word Masson in French, is a Family name, but it also refers to the profession mason. Our building will be covered in brick and blocks, and we want to have a logo that will give out the feel of solidness, straightness but yet still "chic". The brick used is orange, and the blocks are charcoal grey (see attached file). Read more
