This is what JS Western Retail Investments was looking for in their logo design

We need a logo design for a new company based in Santa Monica, CA called JS Western Retail Investments. We buy shopping centers throughout the western U.S. We communicate with commercial real estate brokers, private high net worth investors, banks and municipalities. We buy ugly, under-valued real estate and create value by re-designing the property, repositioning tenants and/or creatively financing the investment. We want to exude the feelings of: Trust, Transparency and Efficiency. The design should emphasize the letters "JS", it should be simple and strong. Read more
