Tech based Safety Company in need of Cutting Edged Logo

This is what SPIDER was looking for in their logo design

We need a logo design for a new company that uses software to compose and track safety audits for customers as well as host Incident Reporting tools. The primary customers are Oilfield Drilling Companies, but will be expanding into the General Industry market.

We would like to see designs that are based on a spider - with an industrial, mechanical, and or futuristic look to it.
