This is what Frontline Social Performance was looking for in their logo design

I need a logo for my new company which I have recently established called Frontline Social Performance. I work in the extractives industry (mining, oil and gas) and the company provides social performance services. Social Performance works hand in hand with environmental management to ensure that large extractives and infrastructure projects are developed, constructed and operated in a way which minimises harm to neighbouring communities and the environment but also facilitates the delivery of projects (on time and within budget). My approach to social performance is three fold: 1) avoid and minimise negative impacts (for example displacement of people, in-migration, inflation, health impacts); 2) leverage the benefits which large projects can bring to communities (such as employment, supply of goods and services); and 3) engage in meaningful and transparent dialogue / consultation with impacted communities and other key stakeholders.
