This is what ChooseHome was looking for in their logo design

Logo Design for a start up division of a large regional health care system that has been serving this community for 100 years. This new program will be called "Choose Home" and will be a life care at home program similar to Friends Life Care, Seabury at Home and others. There are only about 15 programs that are in operation in the country. This service is a combination of long term care insurance and a delivery model that assures the access, quality and price of care will be provided for members in their homes for as long as is safely possible. If facility based care (Assisted Living, Memory Care or Nursing Care is needed those facilities are available and the quality, access and cost is part of the plan as well.) This service is aimed at a couple in their 70's who are affluent. The final design should communicate: control, a firm plan for the ones they love and the choice to stay at home safely. Read more
