Logo for AfPE.co.uk

This is what AfPE Approaches for Performance Excellence was looking for in their logo design

This is a logo that is only needed to feature on a website - the existing website is www.afpe.co.uk but it is being redesigned and we need a logo to start this process.

The company provide management training services for all types of industry. The owner, Tom Morrell, has been an expert in business strategy and development for around 30 years.

The logo should be relatively simple, the client doesn't have many specific requests other than the colour scheme being blue (perhaps a dark blue and a lighter blue). And he also wants the 'f' in 'AfPE' to resemble a shepherd's crook to suggest the Christian values of the company. Also, along these lines it would be good to incorporate a white dove or a tongue of fire to further suggest Christianity.

Logo should be the letters "AfPE". Perhaps with text underneath saying "Approaches for Performance Excellence".
