Awesome Logo Design for Awesome Startup

This is what (None provided) was looking for in their logo design

I need a logo design for my new social entrepreneurship based in New York called 'Stark Solutions'. We search, analyze, develop and disseminate innovative solutions for consumers and communities that need it the most. We believe that our solutions are "stark" - meaning they are unique and most of all, they are the best. Inspiration for this company comes from many places. Just to name a few: Kirby Ferguson's "Everything is a Remix" and Chris Anderson's TED presentation on "How web video powers global Innovation."

For your convenience, I have already made a draft of the logo (I guess I have some creative abilities!). Please refer to this as a template or source of inspiration. However, I welcome any new designs. The part that really needs redesign is the star burst vector in the center.
