Civic Association Logo

This is what epoa.... eastern property owner's association, inc. and a separate tagline: Representing Residents of the East since 1918" was looking for in their logo design

We would like to refresh our association's logo and include our new tagline.

The association is called Eastern Property Owner's Association, located in the Village of Garden City, New York, (village website at http://www.gardencityny.net/) and is made up of volunteers to represent residents in our section of town for all civic activities.

We would like the logo to communicate a professional, friendly, lively and engaging organization that serves residents and generations of families in a close, beautifully maintained community. The logo should encompass the following:
- An icon (we would like to see designs of a traditional house with tree(s)
-. The letters "epoa" in lowercase
-. The association spelled out as "eastern property owner's association"
- The tagline " Representing Residents of the East since 1918" should live with the new logo, so we would like your submission to please include a version with the tagline as well.
