A small family company based in the San Francisco Bay area needs a logo design. Drawing on former McKinsey strategic consulting experience and former EgonZehnder executive search track record, S.T.I.L. Consulting will be a business venture offering services in (1) Advisory and Coaching for Owners, company leaders and shareholders, (2) selection and evaluation of company leadership and management, and (3) implementation and optimization of advisory boards. Our aim is to become international trusted advisors to a handful of highly select clients. 2013 project works covered the United States, the UK, Switzerland, Hungary and Romania. Target customers are CEOs, other board members and HR Directors of dynamically growing small-to-medium sized companies, many of whom were former clients of McKinsey or EgonZehnder, but prefer unique, tailor-made consulting solutions with close personal involvement.
