Logo Design Project & Website

This is what CMG,Cosmopolitan Management Group. "It's not property. It's personal" was looking for in their logo design

We need a logo design for our company, Cosmopolitan Management Group or CMG. It needs to be formal, crisp, clean, high-end, polished looking. It is for a property management company that delivers personalized services to high end residential and commercial properties in the single family AND in the high rise condo markets as well as townhome market.

We already have a design idea but we are not 100% set on it, it is not 100% defined on our end AND we are open to other ideas for it as well. So, we are looking at other ideas and if we do not find something we like more than our "idea" we would pay a designer to edit our idea to our liking.

Probably in black, maybe a 3D text to the lettering.

We will also need a website done. We have an exiting pair of websites we will let you know what they are AFTER we choose a logo designer.
