Logo Revamp for plumbing contractor

This is what See photos uploaded was looking for in their logo design

Hi All, we are a local repipe/plumbing company and we have a logo, but the color setup and design only go well on dark colors like blue and black. Also, the "gladiator head" is generic from the internet and apparently we cant use it to print on nike golf shirts because it is copywrited. we would like someone to revamp the logo so that it goes well on a white background so we can put the logo on our white trucks.
