This is what Huffy Enterprises was looking for in their logo design

I need a need a logo that I can use for my company ( Huffy Enterprises). My company manages real estate development from start to finish. I am looking to expand and grow in the real estate world and eventually be more of a property holding company, I am looking for a logo that is professional and will be appealing to outside investors. I would like a logo that has a clean appearance but is also modern and will be able to transition well to logo wear and decals and signs.
