Stryker Northeast

This is what Northeast United was looking for in their logo design

I manage 6 different sales regions for Stryker (Medical Device Manufacturer) in the United States. I would like the logo to be simple, have the American Flag colors incorporated, and have 6 stars representing the 6 different regions incorporated.

I would like one logo with the word "Northeast United" part of it for digital media use, publication etc. I would also like the same logo without the words "Northeast United" that I could use for logo printing on clothing and bags etc.

I have attached a current logo for the Northeast United Football Club that I like a lot. I have also included an example of a logo I attempted to make on my own.
