Logo design for staff hire company for hospitality

This is what Hire Hub - (if you think of a slogan to add great! but i dont have one) was looking for in their logo design

Hi there, I require a logo for the name Hire Hub - its a company of 95% female staff (this isn't by design or a USP just so happens to be the way it is)

The logo should have a professional but friendly / vibrant feel as oppossed to strictly professional and corporate - a girly / friendly vibe maybe with some silhouette use of staff could be good

The USP is on the ball and friendly staff who when they work together are like a family.

Main jobs are scanning customers tickets on entry to music festivals, being here to help staff, working on the bars (inside clubs aswell at night time not just festivals) and working on merchandise and food stalls
