This is what Ebb&Flow Breathwork was looking for in their logo design

My personal business is a Holistic and Science based service in which I teach my clients the power of their breath. I offer private breath sessions with clients and also host breath circles/ ceremonies with up to 25 people.

My services would fit in the same category as meditation, yoga, spiritual practices, but also with a strong scientific and modern approach.

Benefits of this practice are stress management, nervous system regulation, detoxifying the body, more energy, improved lung function, relief of anxiety/ depression and a deeper sense of self. It is practical and beneficial for the physical body and mental health.

This is not a religious practice and is welcome to anyone who breathes in this life; although it can be quite a spiritual practice.
