Logo Design for Luxury Apartment Complex

This is what 551 North was looking for in their logo design

We are rebranding a brand new luxury apartment complex. We want a logo that is modern, upscale, and appeals to your professionals. The property is located in a suburb just outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. We are open to logos just using the words, but also would like to see some logos with an icon and words.
