Logo for Classic Soft Serve Ice Cream - mobile business

This is what Classic Soft Serve Ice Cream at it's Best was looking for in their logo design

PLEASE SEND YOUR IDEAS -Just copying my sample is not a good idea. NO ORANGE COLOR.
I am changing the name of my mobile business to Classic Soft Serve. I like the tag line. Ice Cream at it's Best! I hope for a whimsical design. I have attached a photo of my rig. I will keep the color the same but need to change the logo. I purchased the logo attached, unforturnately it is not exclusive to me. I like the concept of the logo. the color is not right for us. I dont care for the orange color at all. The orange background could be a blue, similar to the blue on the logo words. The cone should not have the chocolate drip around the edge. We sell only Vanilla, Chocolate, and Vanilla/Chocolate Swirl. ( we dont have strawberry) Please no pink ice cream. Our ice cream is soft serve not scooped.
