Vieux at Welden, A Apartment Community

This is what Vieux at Welden was looking for in their logo design

We need a logo for a new apartment community called Vieux at Welden. We would like something very similar to the ideas listed & some of the 6 colors listed on the left.

Please don’t copy design from example exactly. Use it as a guide/ style concept. We like the word Vieux to be the main word, not Welden.
