Crops Testing Program in Agriculture Research needs a new logo

This is what Crops Testing or Crops Testing Program was looking for in their logo design

We need a logo design for an existing non-profit program that provides unbiased research results and advice to farmers and the agriculture industry. We work with crops such as wheat, corn, sorghum, millet, black-eyed pea, and oilseeds. We do crop variety performance trials along with testing of new fertilizer and biological products in the ag. market in the High Plains of the US.

We would like to see designs that have simple graphic(s), and uses 4 or fewer colors. It's not necessary to use a graphic of a specific plant/crop (or even contain a crop) in the logo, but a generic one is fine. We are including our current logo with the following notes about what we do and don't like about it. Likes: Simple design and 3 colors. Dislikes: Font not professional, plant/soil graphic interferes with text and looks like a sugarbeet (a crop we don't work with). Read more
