Elegant Logo for a boutique consulting firm.

This is what PLS Performance Leadership Solutions was looking for in their logo design

We are a boutique consulting firm focused on leadership and culture transformation. we need a logo that represents a company seeking to dominate the North American market and have global appeal. it should be minimal and elegant but powerful. It should stand out and have rich contrasting colors such as dark blue, gold, white, etc. imagine an event at an elegant hotel and there is a large banner in the hall with only our logo and tagline. People should look and say "impressive". Our tagline is Powering transformation through people enablement™.

The company name is Performance Leadership Solutions LLC. I've decided to put the company name with the letters. Think of the Calvin Klein logo. Sometimes you see CK and other times you see the letters and name together. It's a plus if you can show me an option with the tagline included but that is only an additional option. The priority is letters and company name.
